Question Deadline 12/23/2024 at 2:00 PM CT The Agency is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to refurbish water casualty vacant apartments for various floorplans located in five (5) AHA Sites. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, security, services, transportation, and supervision necessary for the satisfactory performance of the work subject to this IFB. The work is described in general but not necessarily detailed terms as follows: Contractor shall provide services for vacant water damaged casualty units in five (5) sites for a total of 22 units. (See the site lists and unit totals below) Repair or replace all damaged sheetrock for walls and ceilings; Clean and paint walls, doors, door trim, window trim, and ceilings in all units with 2 coats of paint. Remove & reattach outlet and switch plates; Time of Completion. The Contractor shall commence work under the ensuing contract on a date to be specified within the Notice to Proceed form issued by the Agency and shall fully complete all work thereunder within 12 calendar months from said date (Completion date December 30, 2025). The attached scope of work gives a description and technical specifications for refurbishing water casualty vacant apartments for various floorplans located in five (5) AHA sites. These units must be completed to move in ready status. Each vacant unit will need to be cleaned of debris, repair or replace and paint sheet rock walls and ceilings throughout unit. Kitchen cabinets shall be stained and repair or replaced as needed, repair or replace kitchen countertops as needed, repair or replace bathrooms backsplash around tubs as needed. Replace or repair interior doors as needed.
