Deadline for Questions: 12/20/2024, 3:00 PM The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is comprised of 1 building, constructed in 1994, covering approximately 27,750 square feet. It is a three-story facility comprised of a steel beam structure with a masonry façade, primarily brick. The facility houses autopsy suites, refrigerated holding and storage areas, offices, and mechanical spaces. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through its Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), issues this electronic Request for Proposals (RFP) pursuant to M.G.L. c. 25A, 11C. DCAMM is seeking responses meeting the requirements of this RFP (Proposals) from qualified entities possessing the skill, ability, and integrity (Proposers or Design/Build Teams) for providing the required design, installation, commissioning, (if applicable) maintenance, and other services at the Commonwealth facility(ies) identified in the RFP (Facility or Facilities). For the purposes of this RFP, the work to be completed at each Facility is referred to as a Project (collectively, if more than one, the Projects). This RFP is distributed electronically through the DCAMM c. 25A E-Bid Room and is comprised of the following (collectively, the RFP Information): these Instructions to Proposers; all information and materials provided by DCAMM through the c.25A E-Bid Room pertaining to this Project, including, but not limited to, attachments and documents provided by DCAMM; written clarifications issued by DCAMM and RFP addend
