The County currently has multiple vendors on irregular schedules for invoicing and deliveries. The County is seeking to have one vendor for all locations with a single, unified billing cycle and statement for all stations. 1. Scope of Project The County is seeking to reduce costs and administrative burdens by selecting a single vendor to provide purified drinking to County offices. The vendor will provide a single, itemized monthly invoice for all stations. 2. Scope of Services A. The Vendor will: 1. Install new Dispensers, including connection to existing water lines, as applicable. a. Connections must be minimally invasive, least destructive, and have a finished, professional appearance. 2. Shall service Dispensers at least annually to including cleaning, descaling, sanitizing the equipment and installation of new filters, 3. Shall promptly repair or replace malfunctioning Dispensers, 4. Shall provide a single monthly invoice for all Dispensers. B. The County: 1. May service water connection locations in the event of a leak, 2. Hire an independent 3 rd party to service a water leak or perform work upon a water connection as part of separate project. Any 3 rd party service will be billed to the contractor. Vendor is responsible for any damage or repairs to County property. The County is not responsible for damages to vendor equipment due to emergency repair work done by the County or a 3 rd party contractor. 3. Relocate equipment to a new location if reasonably necessary to do so and Vendor is not able to perform in the time or manner necessary for the County, 4. Shall not be responsible for damage to a Dispenser if damage occurs during work caused by a leak. C. Installation / Coordination 1. The Vendor shall coordinate with the Facilities Management Department for all delivery, staging, installation and servicing of Dispensers. 2. The Vendor shall work with the Facilities Management Department to determine a schedule for installation of Dispensers. The schedule shall be provided in writing as a master schedule for all Dispensers. 3. Time is of the essence for the successful installation and operation of the Dispensers. 4. The schedule shall be coordinated with removal of current vendors equipment to minimize disruption of office operations. 5. The Vendor shall provide a single point of contact, including email and office and mobile telephone information, that shall be responsible during installation. 6. Installations that include a water connection must be verified as leak-free by the Facilities Management Department. 3. Dispenser Locations A.
