It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish prices on a per item basis for furnishing Performance Graded Asphalt Binder (PGAB), in definite quantities within districts as shown on the Proposal. Consideration and award will be made separately for each district. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $10,000.00. The guaranty may be in the form of a bid bond, cashiers check, certified check or bank money order, drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Cashiers checks, certified checks or bank money orders Must Be Received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager on or Before the Time and Date of the Bid Opening, Copies Will Not Be Accepted. The successful bidders must within 10 business days after notification of the award deliver to the Department a Supply Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, as security for the faithful performance of the contract. The bond must be submitted on the Department's form and shall meet all statutory requirements as to form and execution. The bond must be furnished or countersigned by a resident agent authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming.
