Contractor to provide annual backflow testing, repairs, cleaning and replacements as needed to all Metro locations as requested. There is no guaranteed minimum and no maximum number of backflow devices which will be tested. All backflow testing will be performed by a certified backflow assembly tester. Certifications will be in compliance with all Local, State and Federal regulations Please submit all questions to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.
