Renovation of a water / sewer project in Topeka, Kansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project provides for the emergency investigation and assessment of structural, electrical and mechanical components, as well as for the demolition and replacement of the known damage at this time associated with damage sustained to Primary Digester #4 & #5 at the Oakland Wastewater Treatment Plant. These assets are large buried concrete tanks that are approximately 60 feet in diameter and roughly 25 feet deep. These assets are critical to the Waste Water Plants overall operational compliance process in assuring the City maintains the regulatory requirements required by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. The project is included in the City of Topeka's 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. A firm construction timeline has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
