Reference Number 0000282946 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/06 12:00:00 AM EST Pricing Lump sum Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the TenderPackage. The following scope of work serves to describe Waste Containers that will be required for this project. The bidder who has the lowest combined unit rates will be put forward as a recommendation to the client to supply these containers for 2024/2025. The scope of work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Provide unit prices as per the list provided on the Bid Form in Section 3 Must have delivery and disposable capabilities with local trucks Ability to schedule deliveries and pickups 24-hour response All unit rates to include delivery, pick up, environmental surcharges and carbon tax. All unit rates to include possible additional travel expenses outside of Ottawa and fuel surcharges. Must perform off-site waste separation and diversion Must provide Waste Diversion Reports on a weekly basis Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
