Reference Number 0000281429 Question Acceptance Deadline Dec 10, 2024 02:00 PM AST 1. The Contractor Shall Provide Cleaning Services for All Exterior Windows at the Locations Named in Schedule C. Schedule B Shows the Frequency of Cleaning for Each Property. 1.2. Areas Covered: the Work Shall Be Performed on the Following Areas: All Windows on the Buildings Skylights Window Framing Window Sills Window Ledges 1.3. Methodology: the Cleaning Shall Be Conducted as Follows: 1.3.1. All Surfaces in the Covered Areas Shall Be Left Clean, Dry and Free of Streaking Once Cleaning Commences and Prior to Contractor's Departure From Work Site. 1.3.2. All Surrounding Areas of the Worksites Shall Be Kept Clean During the Completion of the Work. All Splashing and Staining Resulting From Cleaning Services Being Provided Must Be Cleaned and/or Removed and the Associated Surface Areas Must Be Left Dry and Free From Streaking Upon Completion of the Work. 1.3.3. All Cobwebs on Nearby Surfaces Must Be Removed. 1.3.4. All Superficial Material Adhering to Glass Surfaces, Including Gum, Etc. That Detracts From the Appearance or Transparency of the Glass Surface is to Be Removed Over the Entire Area of Glass Surfaces. 1.3.5. On Metal Surfaces Superficial Dirt is to Be Removed by "Wet" Methods That Will Not Scratch or Otherwise Damage the Surface. Scrubbing With Highly Abrasive Material is Not Permitted. Mild Soaps and Detergents May Be Used Providing Surfaces Are Well Rinsed Afterwards With Clean Water. No Acids or Strong "Salts" Are to Be Used. The Final Stage of the Work Will Be Completed by Drying the Surface With a Soft Cloth.
