Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Phased upgrades, repairs and improvements to the municipal multi-residential buildings managed by Corporation d Habitation Jeanne-Mance. The scope of the project includes the repair and maintenance of the facings of the five (5) towers, T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5, as well as the resumption of the thresholds of the entrance doors of the nine (9) townhouses (buildings C). Project will be implemented in two phases. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway and are being prepared by construction packages. Tenders for package contractors are anticipated starting late fall/winter 2025.
