The City of Wichita is seeking proposals from firm(s) to engage in both the design and construction (design/build) of a new interpretive playground for the PUBLIC WORKS & UTILITIES DEPARTMENT. Questions Due Date: Dec 3rd 2024, 5:00 PM CST If you have questions, please email them to Tim Kellams (tkellams@wichita.gov) PERFORMANCE BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract must be furnished by the successful vendor. A LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, running to the State of Kansas in a sum of not less than the total of the contract, must be furnished by the successful vendor.
