The Contractor shall provide a complete and comprehensive noise monitoring solution and demonstrate successful its ability to install, establish, and provide all required services and materials associated with the operation and maintenance of a NOMS, including final design, function, software, hardware, infrastructure, integration, technical services and support at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State Airports in accordance with the contract's specifications. A Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise (VSBE) subcontract participation goal of two percent (2%) of the total contract dollar amount has been established for this procurement. By submitting a response to this solicitation, the offeror agrees that this percentage of the total dollar amount of the contract will be performed by verified veteran-owned small business enterprises.
