Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of: Modifications to IR9 Pump Station Building to accommodate a new VFD for the fifth pump (pump and process piping installed by others). Electrical and instrumentation works for operation of the newly installed fifth pump. Civil works and installation of a new stand-by generator (supplied by Owner) parallel to Boucherie Rd (North Generator). Includes fence relocation, excavation, retaining wall, concrete pad and sediment control. Electrical works for connection and operation of North Generator. Civil works and installation of a new stand-by generator (supplied by Owner) parallel to IR9 Pump Station building (South Generator). Includes removal and hauling of existing generator, demolition of existing concrete pad, construction of a new concrete pad and sediment control. Electrical works for connection and operation of South Generator. Electrical modifications for operation of the new stand-by power generation.
