Reference Number 0000283025 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/13 12:00:00 PM MST Bid Intent Deadline 2024/12/24 12:00:00 AM MST The following are included in the Work and will be assumed to be included in all RFP Price Submissions: All pricing submitted in relation to this RFP and included in an executed contract with the Developer, including labor rates and unit pricing, will be valid for the duration of the project and no price increases will be accepted. The Successful Proponent will provide close-out documentation. The Successful Proponent is responsible for all labor, transportation, handling, tools, and any other costs associated with providing the scope of work. The Successful Proponent is expected to attend and participate in all pre-construction meetings for the scope described herein, as mutually determined. The Successful Proponent is responsible for providing all requirements to support field personnel for the Project, including, without limitation, all transportation of materials, mileage, phones, radios, utilities, and supplies, and Proposals should be priced accordingly. The Successful Proponent will be responsible to comply with all applicable safety and labor laws, policies, and procedures, including, without limitation, CM's safety manual, Project Labor or Harmony Agreement terms and conditions, all Prevailing Wage and Labor codes. Safety orientation through the Construction Manager will be required prior to entering site for all employees. Regular attendance at Site Safety meetings is required. The Successful Proponent shall secure and pay for all permits and licenses necessary for the completion of the Scope of Work. The Successful Proponent shall pay all royalties and license fees for the use of any patented device, method, arrangement, article, process, or appliance required in connection with the scope of Work.
