The project is the fabrication and delivery of a 24'x32' mobile stage for the City of Fredericksburg, VA equivalent to a Front Row 4500 Concert Stage. The mobile stage design standards shall be engineered to adhere to the codes and regulations of the Department of Transportation, OSHA and IBC. In addition, the mobile stage must meet the specifications listed under the Specifications/Scope of Work section in the IFB. Any questions related to this Invitation for Bids shall be directed to Siéra Rogers, Procurement Officer, at ssrogers@fredericksburgva.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The City of Fredericksburg requires that the mobile stage be built and delivered to the City of Fredericksburg no later than June 30, 2026 .
