The project consists of the installation of a 24" HDPE storm pipe along the west side of Youngstown Lowellville Road. The project will include pavement, curb, sidewalk, driveway apron and ADA ramp removal and replacement. The project also includes the remove of a section of guardrail at the intersection of Youngstown Lowellville Road and Cooper Street. Youngstown-lowellville Road Storm Sewer Improvements Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: $440,000.00 Completion Date: July 4, 2025 This Project Will Be Funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund Program as Administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor Shall Note That There Are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation Goals for This Project. This Procurement is Subject to the Epa Policy on Encouraging the Participation of Small Business in Rural Areas (Sbras). Ohio Preference: in Accordance With Ohio Rev.
