Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Tallahassee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and 218,000-square-foot, five-story above grade educational facility.

Construction began February 2025 and has an expected completion date of August 2025. Culpepper Construction Company (CGC045517), the Construction Manager for the Florida State University College of Business, Legacy Hall, will be accepting sealed bids from qualified Trade Contractors for the following Bid Package: 27A Audio Visual This bid package consists of the audio visual system for the new, 5-story, 218,000 sq ft classroom, faculty, and assembly building on the Florida State University campus. Culpepper Construction Company desires to provide equal access to qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for all of its construction projects.
