The project consists of the Buffalo ridge Neighborhood Park, new construction of a neighborhood park (approx. 7 acres) in Frisco, TX. The park features preserved existing tree areas on the property as well as a variety of park programs that are incorporated around the trees. Those park programs include but are not limited to structured and passive play areas, large play lawns/fields, a sports court, looping trails, on-street parallel parking, and a shade pavilion. All extra Work shall be performed as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents; and, at the CONTRACTOR'S own cost and expense, the CONTRACTOR shall furnish all the materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services as may be necessary in order to complete the construction and in accordance with the Contract Documents unless otherwise agreed to by the OWNER. Question Deadline 12/18/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Deadline to submit Questions electronically. The CONTRACTOR shall perform and complete all the items of Work listed and referred to in the Contract Documents within 365 calendar days. All limitations of time set forth herein are material and are of the essence of this Contract.
