Firms desiring to provide services for the project must submit the completed Bid proposal, guarantee, and other requested attachments in PDF format. In the subject line, include a subject line reading: Response to Request for Proposal for Baldwin Point Subdivision Enclosed. The Project includes the following work: Watermain extension along Old Plank Road to be dedicated to JEA. Failure to attend the meeting will preclude the prospective bidder from responding to this Request for Proposal. Prospective bidders may NOT arrive after the time set for the start of the pre-bid meeting to be considered in attendance at the meeting. All bidders will be required to submit either a Bid Bond provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Florida or other security acceptable to the Owner and JEA. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance and Payment Bond, with a Surety acceptable to the Owner under Section 255.05F.S. Each Bid shall remain binding for at least 180 days after the scheduled Bid opening time and date. Bids will be reviewed in accordance with the criteria set forth in the proposal package. The Owner has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities or irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate if it determines in its discretion that it is in the Owners best interest to do so.
