The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide Hydraulic Elevator Jack Replacements for the Facilities Division. Questions Due Date: Nov 26th 2024, 4:00 PM CST Questions Answered Via Addendum Week of December 2, 2024 Any questions may be submitted in writing to Jeff Myers (jmyers@wichita.gov) Any questions regarding this document must be submitted via email to Jason Brogden, jbrogden@wichita.gov in accordance with the dates and times stipulated for questions. BID SECURITY in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the bid MUST be submitted with each bid. Bid Security shall be by a Bid Bond ONLY, written by a Bonding Company approved by the United States Treasury Department and licensed to do business in the State of Kansas PERFORMANCE BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, in the amount of one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract must be furnished by the successful vendor. A LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND FORMS, included in the bid package are to be used, running to the State of Kansas in a sum of not less than the total of the contract, must be furnished by the successful vendor.
