The City of Pinole is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or teams to provide Engineering Services for the Roble Avenue Storm Drain Improvement Project (Project). Engineering services will include preliminary and final design, including preparing plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) and contract bid documents, and support services during the bidding and construction phases. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received or to waive any irregularity or informality in any proposal or in the RFP procedure, and to be the sole judge of the responsibility of any proposer and of the suitability of the services to be rendered.
