DRC-25L334 BeCI Fire Alarm System Belmont Correctional Institution (BeCI) 68518 Bannock Uniontown Rd, St Clairsville, OH 43950 Belmont Co. The project consists of replacement of the fire alarm system in 17 buildings on the campus. Local building systems will network together back to a central location. EDGE Participation Goal: 5.0% of contract. Domestic steel use is required per ORC 153.011. Contract Estimated Cost General Trades (Lead) $ 2,668,502 Project consists of a new fire alarm system at Belmont Correctional Institute (BECI) to replace the existing antiquated system. The project will be a single bid package encompassing 17 buildings on the campus. Local systems for each building will network together back to a central location.
