Water System Improvements Society Hill Road Water Line and Other Necessary Items. Bidders for This Project Are Notified That They Are Required to Purchase American-made Equipment and Products With the Funding Provided Under the Dwsrf Program in Accordance With the Provisions Included in the Bid Documents. The Contract Documents are for that bidder's exclusive use and a bid submitted by any other bidder using a numbered set that has not been assigned to them is automatically disqualified. This provision will not be waived. It is the bidder's responsibility to verify with the Project Engineer no later than 72 hours prior to the bid time and date that they have received all addenda and other supplemental information issued by the Engineer during the bid period for use in preparing the bid. A bid bond or certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to Old Line Water Authority must accompany each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days following the bid opening unless approved by the Owner. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope on forms provided in the specifications and shall be clearly marked bid for: Water System Improvements - Society Hill Road Water Line. The entire bid book must be submitted in the bid package, along with the experience documentation, resumes, design sketches, and other items called for by the bid documents.
