Commodity Code Description Services, Construction - PPD Services, Architectural Services, Engineering Services, Analysis-Samples Services, Construction - Facilities Planning Services, Industrial Services, Materials Handling Building Improvement Scope of Work The Scope of Work for the Children's Psychiatric Center - Administration Mechanical Upgrades shall include the following key elements outlined herein. Project Scope will include replacement of the fan coil units at building 236A - Administration, tie-in to the new hydronic loop piping, associated mountings and penetrations for mechanical equipment and accessories. Supplemental work to include protecting of certain finishes to remain, removal and reinstallation of certain finishes, and removal and replacement of certain finishes. Small scopes of structurally significant roof penetrations are delegated to the General Contractor. Demolition scope to include removal of select existing duct funs and associated equipment, replacement of thermostats as indicated, removal of existing fan coil units and installation of new fan coil units and specific duct runs at building 236A - Administration. Temporary construction will be required to protect users of the site from construction activities and are to be coordinated with the owner's life safety restrictions covered in University of New Mexico Hospitals Supplementary Conditions. Event pre-bid note: The conference will provide proposers an opportunity to discuss the project and RFP requirements with UNMH. Potential proposers are encouraged to submit written questions in advance of the conference. The identity of the organization submitting the question(s) will not be revealed. Additional written and oral questions may be submitted at the conference. All questions will be addressed at the conference. A public log will be kept of the names of potential proposers that attended the pre-proposal conference. A guided site visit will be provided after the conference.
