The project Awarded to: Riley Industrial Services, Inc. for Total Bid for all 3 Tanks $147,870.00 This bid is for the restoration of three above ground fuel tanks owned and operated by Lubbock County. There are two (2) 10,000-gallon tanks and one (1) 8,000-gallon tank. The tanks are used for storing gasoline and/or diesel fuel and require repairs, corrosion control, and repainting to ensure compliance with current safety and environmental standards. The selected contractor will assess, restore, and perform necessary updates to ensure longevity and safe use of the tanks. Tanks will need to be completed one at a time to ensure the county has enough fuel for operations. The tanks are located at the following locations: 800 8th Street Shallowater, Texas 10,000-gallon tank 304 E. 1st Street Idalou, Texas 10,000-gallon tank 700 W. Woodrow Rd. Slaton, Texas 8,000-gallon tank Bid security in the sum of 5% of the Total Bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 12/26/2024
