As of February 12, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: o Replacement of ceiling grid and tile as shown in plans o Replacement of interior lighting as shown in plans o Selective demolition as shown in plans o Painting of walls in interior areas and offices o Protection of office furniture, equipment, fixtures, files, etc. to accommodate work including temporary relocation. o Electrical modifications and additions to accommodate new work stations, offices and other areas as shown in plans. o Adjustment of HVAC ductwork to accommodate new ceiling grid and lighting. o Development and implementation of comprehensive construction phasing plan and schedule that includes coordination and work performed by City of Carrollton IT dept vendors.
