The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain the necessary information to identify a qualified Respondent to help the City of North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Department develop a Parks and Recreation Master Plan that will enable staff to successfully prepare for North Las Vegas parks and recreation needs for the next 10 - 15 years. Question Cut Off Date: 1/6/2025 03:00 PM (ET). All questions or concerns must be submitted electronically in NGEM or via e-mail to Joy Yoshida, Senior Buyer, at yoshidaj@cityofnorthlasvegas.com. The cut-off time for all questions is January 6, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. local time. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, waive any informality or technicality, or to otherwise accept Proposals deemed in the best interest of the City. TERM OF THE CONTRACT: The Contract shall have a term of one year, or as otherwise stated in the Contract. PERFORMANCE OF WORK: The successful Respondent shall perform all the work described in this RFP as may be necessary to complete the Contract in a satisfactory and acceptable manner according to the terms set forth herein and in any agreement entered into with the City.
