Renovation of an educational facility in O Fallon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace existing Air Handler Units at Fulton Junior High School. Bids will be based on a single lump-sum General Construction Contract. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
