Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 52,400-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Question Deadline 12/27/2024 Unless otherwise specified in the Solicitation, questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids may not be answered. Renovation of 52,400 SF CHR 6th Floor includes selective demolition of interiors, MEP and exterior curtain wall. New scope of work includes new Curtain wall at 6th floor only and interior storefront, all new mechanical ductwork distribution, lighting, electrical distribution, data and wire management, complete bathroom renovation including plumbing fixtures, new breakrooms, offices, conference rooms and work areas. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 12-23-2024.
