In general, the scope of the Project in each of the defined spaces (Dining Hall, Kitchen, Tenant Academic Space) includes the following: Architectural New ceilings throughout, including gypsum, tectum and acoustic slat system. New interior partitions. New full height phenolic partitions in gender neutral washroom. New wall finishes; paint, tile, fiberglass reinforced panels, stone/tile at fireplace. New Floor Finishes - Polished concrete, clear sealed concrete, vinyl safety flooring, ceramic tile. Millwork - Food service stations, banquette benches. Accent Fireplace - Gas direct vent. Coordinate installation requirements of kitchen equipment. Common/shared wayfinding signage Painting and applying final coatings to walls and ceilings. Installing cabinetry, countertops, and other custom built interior elements Installation and connection of all appliances and equipment, such as refrigerator, dishwashers, and stoves in the kitchen. Plumbing and electrical equipment hookups for all kitchen and bathroom equipment. Coordination with kitchen specialists for layout and installation of all equipment. Installing custom prefabricated seating, table and chairs. Provide a letter from the Proponents bonding company confirming the surety's willingness to provide a 50% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond for the Proponent's Company for a $5,000,000 Project. Indicate the length of time the company has been with this Surety Company and provide a named reference with phone numbers.
