Renovation of a municipal facility in York, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work under this proposed contract, includes but is not limited to, the removal of the existing Kraft paper face fiberglass batt insulation and spray foam insulation below the roof deck of the entire office building, and replace it with new 1/4" OSB attached to the bottom of the existing roof truss upper framing members, to create a vent space and applying sprayed urethane insulation coated with intumescent coating per the drawings and specifications. Bid security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the highest total dollar amount of the hid shall be submitted with the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for a period of at least forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond are required. The Contractor shall be able to furnish same on Work to be performed. Completion date shall be as accepted on the Bid Proposal, or as negotiated with the Owner after acceptance of the Bid Proposal. The final completion, including correction of all punch list items shall be no more then Thirty (30) days after substantial completion.
