Site work for a water / sewer project in Kokomo, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes installation of 894 feet of lO PVC sanitary sewer, four (4) 48 manholes, 14 6 PVC laterals and restoration. This project consists of all labor and materials needed to construct a new sanitary sewer line cast and south of the intersection of Cooper and Gano Streets. The purpose of the project is to provide sanitary sewers to the proposed development of townhomcs cast of Cooper Street and the surrounding areas. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work.
