Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Homer, Alaska. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of February 10,2025 Project was canceled due to lack of funds. No definite date for the rebid.** The estimated value of this project is between $50K and $100K. Grubbing and coffer dam construction from excavation materials and coffer dam removal, culvert pipe and bollard removal, excavation, shoring and dewatering, furnishing and installing fill and backfill, furnishing and installing HDPE culvert pipe, furnishing and installing geotextile fabric, furnishing and installing topsoil and seed, SWPPP implementation, and traffic control.
