The Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the Authority) invites firms (the Respondents) that may be interested in providing Airside and/or Landside Civil Engineering and other related Professional consulting services to the Authority in connection with the construction, rehabilitation, upgrade, repair and maintenance of pavements (including but not limited to runways, taxiways, roadways, parking lots, and other service facilities), utility systems (including but not limited to sanitary collection, water distribution, drainage, electrical, and communications), bridges, tunnels, fiber optic cable, exterior signs and sign assemblies, area lighting systems, airfield guidance systems, traffic control devices, security systems, and other various airport infrastructure at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU or Airport) to submit a SOQ for furnishing such services. Written Questions Due via Email: December 20, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. Response to Questions Posted as an Addendum (Estimated): January 8, 2025 Bid date notes : Submit one (1) original, five (5) hard paper copies, and one (1) electronic copy (in pdf format on a flash or thumb drive) of the SOQ. Printed SOQs shall be bound and in 8-1/2-inch by 11-inch format with information organized as indicated hereinafter. SOQs shall be limited to one hundred (100) 8 1/2 x 11 pages (50 pages if printed front and back), not including cover, table of contents, and resumes (11 x 17 Z-fold pages may be used when necessary and will count as two pages). SOQs shall be written in Times News Roman in 12-point font size.
