Description: SCADA Control Services, Electrical Services & Well Services The City of Portales invites the submittal of Proposals from Offerors interested in providing Job Order Contracts (JOC) for the repair, maintenance, rehabilitation and alteration of Citywide Facilities and infrastructure work of a recurring nature where the delivery times and quantities are indefinite and on an as-needed basis of pre-described and pre-priced tasks. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Offerors may elect to limit their proposals to a single product and/or service within any category, or multiple products or services within any and all categories. Deadline to submit Questions Potential Offerors December 17, 2024 Any inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted, in writing, to the Procurement Officer. Offerors may contact ONLY the Procurement Officer regarding this procurement. Other City employees or Evaluation Committee members do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the City of Portales. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to waive minor irregularities. The Evaluation Committee also reserves the right to waive mandatory requirements provided that all of the otherwise responsive proposals failed to meet the same mandatory requirements and the failure to do so does not otherwise materially affect the procurement. This right is at the sole discretion of the Evaluation Committee.
