The Project consists of rehabilitation of the wetwell, valve vault, piping and other wastewater appurtenances at the Mock's Creek Pump Station. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis for various bid items, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to Bidders. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Question Deadline 12/10/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing No Pre-Bid conference will be held for this project Upon Issuing Office's receipt of the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 as amended, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. All Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours Standard Act and 40 CFR 33.1016.
