Bridge Timber (Treated Only) 7. MS-9 Type B Lightweight (Cold Mix) 8. Type I Asphaltic Concrete (Hot Mix) 9. Cationic Emulsified Asphalt CRS-2 10. Riveted Metal Culverts (Plain and/or Coated); Ranging From 12-60 in Diameter; 10-16 Gauge and Per Linear Foot in Length 11. Spiral Metal Culverts With Rolled Ends (Plain and/or Coated); Sizes Ranging From 12-16 in Diameter 10-16 Gauge and per Linear Foot in Length Those who submit a proposal as a result of this NOTICE TO BIDDERS must have applied to and specify on the outside of the envelope on the lower left hand corner the following information: Bid; Bid Item; Specified date and time of bid to be opened. Any bid proposal without aforesaid information shall be considered VOID and shall not be included in the BID opening. Any such proposals which are received as a result of mailing or hand delivered shall be stamped received with the date and time being reflected at such time of receipt by the St. Helena Parish Police Jury.
