Complete removal and replacement of existing shingle roof, gutters and downspouts 1. Preparation of decking surface. 2. Removal and installation of a GAF architectural shingle roofing system, 180 square. 3. Color: Weathered Wood 4. Repair of wet or rotten roof deck. 5. Removal and installation of gutters, 670 linear feet. 6. Replacement of downspouts, 18 @ 12 feet per unit. Color: White Senior Center Roof Replacement All vendor will need to do a one-time registration in order to review specifications, ask questions, receive addenda and submit bids.
