The City Of Gastonia Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals. The City Of Gastonia Is Re-bidding For Proposals For A Gastonia Police Department Real Time Crime Center. The contract will be awarded to the vendor deemed to have submitted the best overall proposal on the basis of the factors included in the RFP and Addendums. Evaluation of proposals will be based on responsiveness to the requirements specified in this document and on pricing. The final award decision will be arrived at through a best-value analysis which considers all relevant factors. The City may cancel the RFP and/or reject all proposals at any time prior to an award and is not required to furnish a statement of the reason why a particular proposal was not deemed to be the most advantageous. The award document will be a contract incorporating by reference all the requirements, items and conditions of the RFP.
