Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State (GDOT) and City codes and regulations for the construction requirements for guardrails. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued.
