On-Call Environmental Planning Services For Stockton Metropolitan Airport The County of San Joaquin is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide full-service environmental and planning professional consulting services for airport development projects at Stockton Metropolitan Airport . The services may include but are not limited to environmental planning consulting services, preliminary phase work, defining the scope of a project and establishing preliminary requirements, environmental and planning design phase work including activities to undertake and accomplish a full and complete project, bidding and negotiation activities as required. The development of some projects may involve activities or studies outside the scope of the basic design services routinely performed by the consultant and may vary greatly in scope and complexity and may involve a number of different disciplines and fields of expertise. The preferred candidate ideally has significant and extensive experience with airfield projects. The anticipated term of the proposed agreement will be for a five-year period. The County may, in its sole discretion, terminate the contract at any time during that term. The County makes no representation as to the amount of work, if any, that may be given to any approved Firm during the contract period. County Response to Questions or Clarifications December 20, 2024 (tentatively) In accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 1770 through 1781, the general prevailing rate of wages, as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), shall be paid to all trades performing work under this Agreement. The County reserves the right to find any Proposal that is incomplete or otherwise fails to respond to all requirements of this RFP as non-responsive, and to give it no further consideration. The County reserves the right to waive any immaterial deviation from the requirements of this RFP. The County reserves the right to request clarification and/or additional information from any Proposer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
