Reference Number 0000369814 DREAM request a solicitation for a qualified bidder to renovate the Fulton County Airport Administration and Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Station (ARFF) project upper and lower floor of the west apparatus bay. The building area of the renovation work is about 7,275 gross square footage. Note:This project requires a confidentiality agreement given the airport and security is an issue. It will need to that that the plans and documents are to only be used for those participating in the bid and only for the purposes of responding to the bid and for other purpose what so ever without the expressed permission of the County. The successful Bidder for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid, and proof of insurance in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 5 of this Bid Document. *Rights of Way/easements as a Wing of the Building Will Be Actively Occupied by Fulton County Airport Administration, It Will Be the Responsibility of the General Contractor to Provide Access to the Offices and Not Interrupt Their Normal Daily Activities in Any Way or Form
