The County of San Joaquin ("County") is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide full-service professional consulting services for airport development projects for the Stockton Metropolitan Airport ("Airport"). The services may include, but are not limited to, architectural, engineering, construction management, preliminary phase work, defining the scope of a project and establishing preliminary requirements, design phase work including activities to undertake and accomplish a full and complete project, bidding and negotiation activities and the construction phase which includes all basic services rendered after the award of a construction contract. CONTRACT PERIOD The anticipated term of the proposed agreement will be for a five-year period. The County may, in its sole discretion, terminate the contract at any time during that term. The County makes no representation as to the amount of work, if any, that may be given to any approved Firm during the contract period. Point of Contact(POC) Except as provided, communication with the County regarding the substance of the RFQu or any Proposal outside of the Pre-proposal conference, confidential meetings or interview or negotiation process discussed herein, including without limitation communication with its Evaluation Committee or any County staff, is prohibited. All inquiries about this RFQu must be directed to the POC's email address referencing "RFQu 25001 Architectural and Design Services" The County reserves the right to find any Proposal that is incomplete or otherwise fails to respond to all requirements of this RFP as non-responsive, and to give it no further consideration. The County reserves the right to waive any immaterial deviation from the requirements of this RFP. The County reserves the right to request clarification and/or additional information from any Proposer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
