The City of Camdenton is accepting sealed bids for concrete and finish work for a 15' x 145' roadway at 6" deep with rebar to include base rock at the Camdenton Memorial-Lake Regional Airport. The specifications and contract documents outline the materials and construction procedures for the Concrete and Finish Work Roadway Project for the City of Camdenton at the Camdenton Memorial-Lake Regional Airport. The approximate length and width are listed below. Bidders must verify. This is a 6-inch-thick roadway with reinforced rebar and base rock. AREA APPROX. LENGTH APPROX. WIDTH Roadway Base Rock 145 ft 15 ft Rebar 145 ft 15 ft Concrete at 6" thick 145 ft 15 ft Excavation of site for leveling Anticipated date of award of contract is December 17, 2024. Jeff Hooker, City Administrator may be contacted at 573-346-3600 regarding any questions on this roadway project. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided with the specifications. Successful bidder shall comply with the provisions of Section 285.525 through 285.550 RSMo regarding the hiring of illegal workers and Section 292.675 RSMo regarding OSHA requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Contractor further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $200.00 per day for each consecutive calendar day thereafter until the project is completed.
