A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** CITY OF MARYSVILLE U.S. 42 & Industrial Parkway Waterline Relocation The project consists of the relocation and replacement of 1.12 miles of waterline on U.S. 42 and Industrial Parkway. The City has adopted the electronic bidding process in an effort to make the bidding process more efficient and cost effective for both the contractor and the City. All formal bids shall be submitted using the electronic bidding process . Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571.
