The City of Plantation is in the process of mapping all its Stormwater Infrastructure. Under this term contract, the contractor shall assist the City in verifying, inspecting, cleaning and repair (as needed) of City's pipes, culverts and outfalls ranging in sizes between 30 to 120 inches. PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION BOND SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR EACH TASK ORDER/PROJECTS $200,000.00 OR GREATER 5% BID BOND. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids will be answered at the discretion of the City. All questions may be addressed in writing to the Procurement Agent, Carlos Marmolejos, 400 NW 73rd Avenue, Plantation Florida 33317. Carlos Marmolejos can be reached at 954-414-7842, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, Email: cmarmolejos-rosario@plantation.org . As a further condition precedent for consideration of any bid, such Bid must strictly comply with the Instructions to Bidder as issued by the City. The City reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any bid which does not strictly comply with said Instructions to Bidder and further reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as set forth in said instructions.
