Login at https://piee.eb.mil and search for 'N4008525R2563' to obtain more details. *Scope of the Work: Virginia Beach, VA Description of the Work: The P-325 Human Training Center project aboard JEB Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, VA is a Design-Build project that is for the design/construction of a new two-story, 40,000 GSF Human Training Center to support Naval Special Warfare. It includes demolition of three buildings 3812, 3855A, and 3855D, approximately 27,900 SF. The facility co-locates sports medicine and human and will support special operator injury prevention, rehabilitation, testing and evaluation, strength and conditioning, nutrition, research and development, and sports psychology. Construction consists of Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) with a pile foundation, slab on grade and a single ply roof. Special costs include conduit for Physical Security Equipment (PSE). Built-in equipment includes a passenger/freight elevator. This project includes all pertinent site preparations and site improvements, mechanical and electrical utilities, telecommunications, emergency generator, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, parking and exterior lighting. Department of Defense principles for high and sustainable building requirements will be included in the design and construction of the project in accordance with federal laws and Executive Orders. Low Impact Development features will be included in the design and construction of this project as appropriate. Estimated Price Range: In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii), Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between 25,000,000 and 100,000,000. Time for Completion: In accordance with FAR 52.211-10 Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work, the deadline for completion of this task order (including Bid Options) shall be 859 calendar from date of award (includes 15 calendar for submission and approval of s and insurance). Consistent with FAR 52.211-10, completion of the entire work ready for use must occur prior to the aforementioned date. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number VA20250167 applies to this work (Attachment B). The wage determination version in effect at the time of award shall apply to the work performed under this contract.
