Reference Number : 0000369813 The City of Santa Clara ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms ("Proposer") to develop third party energy efficiency and building electrification programs to achieve more kilowatt hours in savings for the City's customers. These programs will supplement existing residential, commercial, and industrial programs. The selected Proposer(s) (hereinafter "Contractor") shall meet kilowatt hour-based energy efficiency goals. Any chosen Contractor will be required to report to the utility on progress toward these goals on a monthly basis with necessary measurement and verification results, as well as submit a final report on effectiveness of the Programs, lessons learned, and total energy saved by customer and customer classification.
