The firm that will be awarded Contract 62758 / Quebec Bridge, Consultant Services, Studies, Design, Plans and Specifications for the Replacement and Reinforcement of the Steel Structure, Cleaning, Painting and Other Related Work (2025-2030), may not submit a proposal, either alone or as part of a consortium, or act as a subcontractor under this Contract 62753 / Quebec Bridge, Asset Management Consultant Services, Annual Inspections, Load-Bearing Capacity Studies, Diagnosis, Master Plan and Other Related Services (2025-2030). The firm that will be awarded this Contract 62753 / Quebec Bridge, Asset Management Consultant Services, Annual Inspections, Load-Bearing Capacity Studies, Diagnosis, Master Plan and Other Related Services (2025-2030) or Contract 62758 / Quebec Bridge, Consultant Services, Studies, Design, Plans and Specifications for the Replacement and Reinforcement of the Steel Structure, Cleaning, Painting and Other Related Work (2025-2030) may not submit a proposal, either alone or as part of a consortium, or act as a subcontractor under the contract for the supervision of said work emanating from Contract 62758 / Quebec Bridge, Consultant Services, Studies, Design, Plans and Specifications for the Replacement and Reinforcement of the Steel Structure, Cleaning, Painting and Other Related Work (2025-2030). The policy shall provide for a minimum Occurrence-based coverage of $5,000,000, which shall include bodily injury, property damage and death attributable to the same Occurrence or to a series of Occurrences originating from the same cause. Legal or professional fees resulting from one or more claims shall not be deducted from the coverage amount. The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canadas two (2) official languages. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
