Site work for a civil project in Clayton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Replace on Second Street substandard 6" PVC water main, replace water meter and boxes, 8" PVC sewer main line, corresponding concrete manhole, and stormwater reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). Replace on Atkinson St. and corresponding W. Horne St. substandard 8" PVC water main, 6" PVC water main on W. Horne, replace water meter and boxes, replace hydrant tee, and stormwater reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). The proposed replacement would be completed as a direct removal and replacement utilizing the same alignment as the existing 6" VCP sewer main. Sewer main bypass pumping and water service will be required during installation to ensure no existing service is affected during construction. In addition to the removal and replacement of asphalt to perform the sewer main replacement, full width milling (curb and gutter section) and installation of 2" S9.5C Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt is proposed for the limits of the project per Town of Clayton Manual of Standards, Specifications, and Design (MSSD).
