15B30225Q00000009, 25Z3AC8 FAR 19.502-2 states that for small business set-asides, there must be a reasonable expectation that awards can be made at fair market prices. If the small business price is unreasonably high compared to market expectations, you are not obligated to proceed with the set-aside. Bids under orginal orginal solociation 15B30225Q00000009 were determind not to be fair market price so we are reopening to full and open competition. All invoices / Bids SHALL be sent to jrosagarcia@bop.gov. Bids sent elsewhere or after the cutoff date will not be considered. PLEASE Review attached Statement of Work. SUMMARY OF WORK AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Coleman, Florida, located at 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, Florida 33251, is soliciting a vendor to supply and deliver the refrigeration equipment and refrigerant identified within the Statement of Work. Installation of refrigeration units is not included in this SOW. Bidders should not include installation of these items in their proposals Vendor shall provide: o one (1) each of: Larkin condenser unit, model #: LCH0150LDBCDA0000, or FBOP approved equal. Condenser unit shall be: o 15 HP o 460 V, 3 PH o Low temperature, no options o Condenser price shall include one-year parts warranty, standard. o One (1) each of: Larkin evaporator unit, model # LEM0620DS4ECAB0403, or approved equal. Evaporator unit shall be: o Standard base o Mounted TXV (404A) o Liquid solenoid valve o Electric room thermostat o Medium profile walk-in evaporator/unit cooler o Electric defrost TE o PSC Motor 460/3/60 o Evaporator price shall include one-year parts warranty, standard. o Three (3) each of: B92-440 R404A-24 Refrigerant o In 24-pound disposable containers. o R404A HFC blend non-flammable o Vendor shall include delivery to the address above in their quote. Bid pricing to include delivery to FCC Coleman. Bids should not include sales tax, as the Federal Bureau of Prisons is a tax-exempt organization. FCC Coleman reserves the right to disqualify bids that provide equipment that does not meet the specifications herein.
